1-Developing Your Vision and Achieving Your Dream

In this component of the AML Soft Skills Training Course, participants will learn how to take a dream and turn it into a vision. They will also learn how to use their vision to lead – to mobilize and inspire people so that others want to join them in making their vision a reality. How to create a vision and how to communicate it to other people so as to achieve a particular dream are the emphases of this course component. Participants will be encouraged to dream big, allowing them to think about ideas that may not seem likely, yet are in fact possible. Thinking big also forces them to think about the long term, always a useful thing to do. This leadership training component is ideal for individuals who want to achieve their personal goals as well as for team and organization leaders who want to accomplish their missions.
