Profile Summary:
Over ten years of experience in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies and tactics, she working along with a team of national and international professionals at ILO – Better Factories Cambodia. She provides administrative support services through a variety of duties and responsibilities, with the broad aim to improving labor standards and competitiveness in Cambodia’s garment sector, building the Cambodian economy and reducing poverty. In her current role, she provides administrative support for meetings, seminars and workshops focusing on Cambodia’s garment sector and compliance with national and international labour standards and maintaining contacts with a range of stakeholders, including governmental ministries, garment factories, international buyers, unions, NGOs; and provide additional support to advance the organization’s mission.
